• The ability to build relationships
• Flexible work hours
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to resolve customer disputes calmly and professionally
• Dependability and energy level
• Proficient skills in Microsoft office, including Microsoft word and Microsoft excel is an advantage
